APPENDIX MISSING PERSONS

1. Allah Wadhyo Mahar

He is a young boy, activist of JSMM. He was abducted on September 8th, 2014 from
Gulshan-e-Maimar Karachi. He was shot in head, assumed to be dead and was dumped
with bodies of Faheem Bhutto and Kareem Memon on December 2 nd 2014 (See P.11).
But he survived the injuries and local men brought him to nearer hospital. His relatives
approached him and taken him to another hospital in Karachi. But Rangers abducted
him again from the ICU, in front of his relatives one day later. Since, then his
whereabouts are still unknown. He was seriously wounded and his relatives are
concerned about his life that either he is alive are not. A petition was also filed in High
court Karachi against his abduction.

2. Faqir Ali Rajpar

Faqir Ali Rajper was abducted by Rangers and plain clothed Agency cops while he was
travelling with his friends & relatives to Bhiria Road Town from his village on the night
of Eid (festivity) on July 19 th 2015. His whereabouts are still unknown. A petition was
also filed by his family in court against his abduction.

3. Governer Kolachi

Governer Kolachi is brother of slain JSMM leader Zulfiqar Kolachi (See P.6) and Central
Committee member of JSMM. He was abducted by Rangers and Agency cops on
February 28 th 2016, along with his cousin Sadar-u-din Kolachi from a passenger van
while travelling from Dadu to Qazi Ahmed. A petition was also filed by his family in
court against his abduction. After massive protests by his family and party they were
brought to court filing different charges against them on May 9 th 2016 in Karachi. He
was granted a bail by the court on June 7 th . He was abducted again on the same day by
the Rangers from the main gate of Karachi Central Prison, in front of his family
members. His whereabouts are still unknown.

4. Sohail Raza Bhatti

He was former student leader of JSMM’s student wing and was abducted by Rangers
from Shahdad Kot Degree College on 17 th September 2015. His whereabouts are still
unknown. A petition was also filed by his family in court against his abduction. His
relatives and friends have been continuously protesting against his abduction and
appealing his release.
