A Political Case for the Total Independence of Sindh (Sindhudesh) from the Theocratic Extremist State of Pakistan

Echoing the call of history, we are presenting the political case for the total independence of our motherland, Sindh (Sindhudesh), before the UN and the people of the USA, Germany, the UK, France, Israel, India, and all other civilized democratic countries of the world.

On behalf of the Sindhi nation, I want to inform the countries of the whole world today that we are struggling against forced occupation and slavery, aggression, exploitation, operations, and atrocities committed by an irresponsible, Islamic theocratic, fascist state called Pakistan. This fact is well known to the world today: Pakistan is an irresponsible rogue state whose savage agency, ISI, is infamous for sheltering Al-Qaida Chief Osama bin Laden and sponsoring Islamic terrorism throughout the world. Even today, it continues to patronize and foster Islamic extremism and terrorism by providing ideological, psychological, material, and logistical support to various extremist terrorist groups, such as the Haqqani Network, Lashkar-e-Tayyiba, Jaish-e-Muhammad, and Al-Jamaat-ad-Daawa. Even today, the Pakistani state is, on one hand, cross-bordering hundreds of religious extremist and terrorist groups, providing them with psychological and military training to carry out terrorism in India’s Kashmir, thereby conspiring to destabilize the situation in Indian Kashmir. On the other hand, it is imposing restrictions on political secular movements in Sindh, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while offering state patronage to religious extremist Terrorist groups.

At present, Pakistan is a failed, extremist, and malevolent state in political, economic, and moral terms. It is an inherently extremist and unnatural fascist state, which, through the deceit of religion and fabricated doctrines, has subjugated historic nations like Sindh and others. This state has become a haven and supporter of Islamic extremism and terrorists. The military psychology of Pakistan is deeply rooted in strengthening and psychologically endorsing jihadi terrorism. Possessing nuclear assets, this state poses a grave threat to the entire world and humanity.

Meanwhile, North Korea, which faces no external threats, irresponsibly continues to expand its nuclear arsenal, posing yet another significant danger to the world, much like Pakistan. Currently, North Korea’s irresponsible ruling elite has dispatched troops to support Russia’s aggression against Ukraine without any valid reason, creating a serious threat to Europe and the world. Similarly, Pakistan continues to train so-called Islamic terrorists against the world’s oldest democracy, India.

Furthermore, Iran’s support of groups like Houthi and Hezbollah is fueling conflict in the Middle East, undermining the Palestinian cause. Groups such as ISIS, Al-Qaeda, and Jaish-e-Mohammad promote a narrow-minded, ultra-extremist ideology, seeking to establish an ‘Islamic Caliphate’ and push humanity into a primitive, tribal, and Stone Age mentality. These extremist ambitions are an outright challenge to modern human societies, democracy, secularism, and scientific thought. The world urgently needs to confront these forces to preserve enlightenment against the darkness they aim to spread.

In summary, the world’s democratic and civilized nations must always remember that Pakistan, created as an unnatural state on the basis of a so-called two-nation religious extremist ideology, is an irresponsible fascist state that ideologically and materially supports all Islamic extremist terrorist groups in region and World. In Pakistan, hundreds of cases each month reveal that the army and intelligence agencies are systematically detaining, torturing, forcibly disappearing, and even extrajudicially killing activists involved in political and secular movements. Currently, hundreds of political activists from Sindh remain imprisoned in secret torture cells operated by the state and its agencies. The mutilated bodies of numerous political workers are being dumped across Sindh and Balochistan. A systematic conspiracy in Pakistan is dismantling the existence and human rights of these nations. The institutions of this theocratic state—its military, political elite, and intelligence agencies—are supporters of Islamic extremism. Pakistan ranks among the top countries where the state is deeply involved in widespread human rights abuses and violations of fundamental freedoms. It subjugates all nations within its borders, including Sindh, subjecting them to political oppression and economic exploitation. Pakistan is a lethal poison to the existence of historic nations, seeking to erase Sindh’s historical language, culture, and traditions—a region with an ancient legacy in the Indus Valley Civilization.

Pakistan has also engaged in deliberate demographic alterations in Sindh. This fascist state, with its ruthless army, brutally attacked the Bengali nation in 1971, then part of Pakistan, slaughtering three million Bengalis and committing mass rape of Innocent girls and women. All of this was done in pursuit of Punjabi imperialist expansion. Following Bangladesh’s independence and the genocide of three million innocent Bengalis, who constituted the majority of Pakistan’s population, the Punjabi establishment, as the largest demographic group, created the 1973 Constitution to consolidate its power and suppress other nations. Political principles would demand that, after the failure of the 1947 Pakistan experiment, other historical nations should also be granted freedom from Punjabi colonial rule, just as Bangladesh was.

However, this forced federation was imposed on these nations without their consent, leaving Sindhi and other oppressed Nations’ lands, seas, rivers, and mineral resources under the control of this unnatural, religious state. As a result, historic nations are subjected to severe exploitation, servitude, and humiliation within Pakistan.

Sindh, the cradle of the Indus Valley Civilization and a custodian of democratic and secular humanitarian values, Mohenjo-Daro, one of the world’s earliest and most organized urban centers and a major city of the great Indus Valley Civilization suggests that Sindh’s culture and society were inherently democratic. This indicates that the birthplace of democracy is Sindh. suffers the harshest form of slavery under Punjabi imperialism in the unnatural state of Pakistan, which has occupied it through military aggression and the savagery of its intelligence agency, ISI. Thus, Sindh endures severe human rights violations and is deprived of its historical national rights and cultural identity. The Pakistani military establishment, which has been the exporter of nuclear technology, warheads, and terrorism in the region, has forcefully annexed the existence of the Sindhi nation, the historical custodian of humanitarian values, under the guise of socalled Islamic brotherhood and theocratic Muslim nationhood.

As a Sindhi nation, we have been appealing to the civilized countries of the world, the United Nations, and the international community to inform them about the storage of hazardous nuclear weapons and waste in the mountainous areas of Sindh, ranging from Nooriabad, Jamshoro, Sehwan, Dadu to Qambar Shahdadkot districts, endangering the lives of millions of people, flora, and fauna. We are receiving continuous reports from local residents in the mountainous regions of Sindh that the Pakistani military is constructing extensive tunnels in these areas, possibly to conceal nuclear assets or bury nuclear waste. This poses a severe threat not only to the human population of Sindh but also to wildlife, as rainwater flowing down from the mountains could spread contamination. The Sindhi nation openly objects to this conspiracy by Pakistan and brings it to the world’s attention.

The Pakistani military and ISI are helping their so-called “good Taliban” establish a vast network of religious schools (Islamic Madrassahs) throughout Sindh, with over 35,000 such institutions, to convert millions of Sindhi children into extremist Islamic terrorists of the future. We appeal to the UN, the USA, Germany, France, the UK, and the international community to take immediate notice of these acts of cultural genocide against the Sindhi people by the Pakistani state.

We also inform the world about another conspiracy of the Greater Punjabi State, Pakistan, which is selling the lands, seas, and resources of occupied Sindh and Balochistan in an economic agreement with China in the name of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). This project is aimed at establishing China’s strategic Naval supremacy, dominance over the region’s historic oceanic trade routes. We Sindhis and Baloch  have serious concerns about this project, and we totally reject it.

We appeal to the UN and the entire international community to take immediate notice and inquire why Pakistan is putting the national interests of Sindh and Balochistan at stake, without the consent and agreement of the Sindhi and Baloch people, by working on this project. Pakistani military and ISI are brutally suppressing and crushing political opposition and protests from Sindhi and Baloch people against this hazardous imperialist capitalist project. In the name of CPEC, the Pakistani state is pushing the entire region into political confrontation and war, victimizing innocent political activists of the Sindhi and Baloch nations through state-sponsored torture and extrajudicial killings.

Therefore, we present the following points and demands before the UN and the entire international community to consider the concerns of the Sindhi nation and help them regain their independence:

  1. We Sindhis are a separate nation, and freedom is our universal right. Therefore, we seek moral and political support from the world for our national independence.
  2. The world must take notice and immediately stop Pakistan’s military establishment and intelligence agencies from supporting their strategic creation of the “good Taliban” (e.g. Hafiz Saeed of Jamaat-ud-Dawa and others) to establish and run a vast network of religious madrassahs (approximately 60,000) in Sindh.
  3. The world must inquire about China’s involvement in constructing CPEC, which is against the will of the people of occupied Sindh and Balochistan and risks the lives of these people for the sake of China’s strategic military dominance in the region.
  4. The Pakistani military has destroyed large swaths of forests in Sindh, triggering ecological dangers. The world must pressure Pakistan to restore these forests.
  5. Pakistan is breaching international water laws by stealing the waters of the Indus River, which are legally owed to Sindh. The construction of dams and canals over the Indus has led to economic devastation and poverty in Sindh. The world must stop Punjab from building more dams and canals on the Indus River and demand the removal of illegal constructions (dams and canals) already built.
  6. We appeal to the UN to take serious notice of the presence of state paramilitary forces in academic institutions in Sindh, where students are being harassed, and buildings and hostels are occupied. We urge the Pakistani state to remove military checkpoints and personnel from academic institutions to ensure the security and freedom of expression of students.
  7. The world must take notice and stop the ISI-supported religious extremists from abducting, forcing marriages, and converting Sindhi Hindu girls to Islam.
  8. The world must urge the Pakistani state to stop allocating thousands of acres of agricultural land in Sindh to military officials and return the land to the farmers.
  9. The world must acknowledge the universal right of the Sindhi nation over the natural and mineral resources of Sindh (e.g. lands, seas, rivers, forests, coal, oil, gas, etc.) and demand that Pakistan stop exploiting these resources.
  10. Legal protection and the official status of Sindhi as the national language of Sindh, as it was before the independence of the subcontinent in 1947, must be restored. The world must stop the Pakistani state from eradicating it through subduing its status in academics and offices.
  11. The world must take notice and stop state terrorism by Pakistani forces, which involve abductions, torture, enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, and dumping the mutilated bodies of Sindhi political activists.
  12. The world must stop Pakistan from imposing its Pan-Islamic theocratic cultural imperialism to distort or eliminate the democratic, secular, historical, and traditional values of Sindh through media, academia, and other means.
  13. The world must take immediate notice of the state’s ban on freedom of speech, expression, and political organizations in Sindh. It must take action to stop the Pakistani state from massacring and torturing innocent political activists from Sindh.
  14. The world must stop ISI-backed religious extremists from threatening, attacking, killing, and damaging the properties and homes of Sindhi Hindu, Shia, Ahmadi, Ismaili, and Christian religious minorities.
  15. The world must put pressure on Pakistan to stop violating the rights of women by imposing the Islamic ideology of slavery and torture through Sharia law.
  16. The world must pressure Pakistan to stop military operations against the political voices of Sindh and Balochistan.
  17. The world must stop Pakistani conspiracies that support and foster international Islamic terrorist groups such as the Haqqani Network, Lashkar-e-Tayyeba, Jaish-e-Muhammad, Taliban, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Sipah-e-Sahaba, and others.
  18. The world must urge Pakistan to immediately release all political activists who are either imprisoned or have been forcibly disappeared, such as aijaz gaho, suhail bhatti, pathan khan zuhrani, Imran Wahucho, Ahmar Pirzado, Nadeem Magsi, and others.
  19. In the name of CPEC and mega-city projects in Sindh, the Pakistani state is conspiring to turn the indigenous Sindhi nation into an enslaved minority. The world must pressure Pakistan to stop this land-grabbing project.
  20. We also appeal to the civilized nations of the world to take action against the continuous schemes by the Pakistani state, military, and intelligence agencies to incite and promote religious extremism in Sindh. We urge these countries to pressure Pakistan to abolish the inhumane blasphemy law, which is being used to persecute educated Sindhis under the guise of religious offense. Currently, state agencies are using this law to orchestrate charges and even killings of Sindhi intellectuals. As we speak, the national movement’s political leader Haider Khoso is imprisoned on false blasphemy charges, and we demand his immediate release.
  21. We appeal to the political leaders, intellectuals, journalists, and diplomats of the civilized nations worldwide to recognize the Sindhi people’s determined political struggle for independence, dignity, and the secure future of their historic homeland, Sindhudesh. The Sindhi nation, creators of the great Indus Valley Civilization, seeks its right to freedom, as enshrined by United Nations principles. We believe that in the 21st century, keeping a historic nation enslaved under the guise of religion, imposing political oppression, exploiting economic resources, and conspiring against its existence and human rights is an affront to humanity. The world must raise its voice against such injustices.
