Dear Secretary-General
Mr António Guterres.
Pakistan was created on the basis of deceptive religious so-called two-nation theory pretenses by global powers for their political and strategic interests. This unnatural state exemplifies the subjugation of historic nations under Punjabi imperialism and military dominance, leading to their occupation, imprisonment, and enslavement.
Since its inception, various historic nations such as Sindhis, Balochs, Pashtuns, and Seraikis have suffered under Punjabi imperialism. These nations have been subjected to political oppression, economic exploitation, and cultural erasure. The ruling elite, dominated by Punjabi interests and the military establishment, has systematically marginalized these Historic Nations, They have been subjected to political oppression and economic exploitation.
Pakistan’s state policies, driven by religion and fundamentalism, have fostered an environment where extremism and terrorism thrive. These policies have led to internal strife and instability, adversely affecting not only the historic nations within Pakistan but also its neighboring countries and the global community. The state’s use of religion as a political tool has exacerbated sectarian divisions and fueled militant extremism, creating a breeding ground for terrorist activities.
Furthermore, the suppression of National identities languages, histories and cultural heritage has led to widespread discontent and resistance among these historic nations. Movements for National Freedom have been met with brutal military crackdowns, human rights abuses, and enforced disappearances. The international community cannot ignore the plight of these oppressed Nations, whose voices have been systematically silenced by the Pakistani state.
Therefore, it is the duty of the United Nations and the international community to take immediate and effective action to liberate these historic nations from theocratic Pakistani occupation. This will not only restore their freedom and rights but also contribute significantly to global peace and stability. The international community must hold Pakistan accountable for its oppressive policies and support the legitimate aspirations of Sindhis, Balochs, Pashtuns, and Seraikis for National independence.
In conclusion, addressing the injustices faced by these historic nations is essential for regional stability and the eradication of extremism. The liberation of these nations from the clutches of Punjabi imperialism and military dominance is a moral imperative that the global community must urgently pursue.
We also want to inform the United Nations and the international community that the Sindhi, Baloch, Pashtun, and Seraiki nations have been imprisoned and enslaved within the unnatural state of Pakistan. The Punjabi-dominated military and political elite have systematically subjugated these historic nations, denying them their rights and freedoms.
In Sindh, the rich history, language, and culture have been distorted and violated. The Sindhi Nation, have their unique cultural heritage and historical identity, In Pakistan, there are conspiracies underway aimed at eradicating the language, history, culture, and humanistic Sufi traditions of the Sindhi Nation. The Sindhi nation is facing deliberate efforts to suppress and marginalize their cultural heritage, which includes their rich traditions of Sufi poetry and teachings.
One of the significant concerns is the systematic exclusion and censorship of Sindhi historical texts and cultural artifacts. Important works that document Sindhi history and Sufi literature, such as “RigVeda” and ” Bhagavad Gita,” are being sidelined and kept out of mainstream education and discourse. This deliberate marginalization seeks to undermine the Sindhi people’s sense of identity, pride in their heritage, and cultural continuity.
The suppression of Sindhi language and literature not only diminishes the cultural diversity of Pakistan but also violates fundamental human rights, including the right to preserve and promote one’s cultural identity. This restricts access to knowledge and historical narratives that the state of Pakistan under a calculated conspiracy keeps away from Sindhi people and future generations. These narratives include Sindhi history, national society, language, and national heroes such as the martyr Maha Raja Daher and the true national history of Sindh and the status of an independent homeland.
Furthermore, these actions deprive Sindhis of their right to freely express themselves and celebrate their cultural distinctiveness, which is an open form of slavery and oppression that the Sindhi Nation reject.
It is essential for international organizations, human rights advocates, and the global community to condemn these discriminatory practices and uphold the rights of Sindhi Nation to preserve their language, history, and cultural traditions.
In Pakistan, the existence of imprisoned and enslaved historical Nations, along with the rights of religious minorities and political freedoms of media, faces severe threats. Unless Pakistan frees other nations from slavery as Bangladesh did, this coercion and barbarism will not end against historical ethnic groups, human rights, and religious minorities.
the international community must actively engage in efforts to safeguard the cultural heritage and human rights of Sindhi people against systematic efforts to erase their language, history, and cultural identity in Pakistan.. Educational policies and media representation often undermine the Sindhi language and culture, leading to a gradual cultural erasure.
The Baloch people have similarly faced severe oppression. The Balochistan region has been subjected to military crackdowns, enforced disappearances, and gross human rights abuses. Baloch activists and intellectuals are often targeted, and their voices silenced, in an attempt to suppress their struggle for National freedom and rights.
Pashtuns, too, have borne the brunt of state-sponsored violence and discrimination. Military operations in Pashtun areas have led to widespread displacement, loss of lives, and destruction of property. The Pashtun culture and language are also under threat, with systemic efforts to undermine their identity and heritage.
The Seraiki people have been marginalized economically and politically. Despite their significant population, Seraiki regions remain underdeveloped, and their cultural and linguistic rights are not recognized adequately. The Seraiki identity is often overshadowed by dominant narratives, leading to their further marginalization.
Beyond human rights violations in Pakistan, they have reached the extent of erasing the existence of historical nations. Political repression, economic exploitation, and social injustices are rampant. The state’s policies have fostered an environment of fear and intimidation, where dissent is met with brutal force. Activists, journalists, and ordinary citizens who speak out against these injustices often face severe consequences.
The systematic obliteration of these historic nations’ existence and rights cannot be ignored. The United Nations and the international community must recognize the plight of the Sindhi, Baloch, Pashtun, and Seraiki nations. It is imperative to hold Pakistan accountable for its oppressive policies and human rights violations.
addressing the injustices faced by these historic nations is crucial for regional stability and the protection of human rights. The international community must take immediate and effective action to ensure the freedom and rights of these oppressed nations, promoting peace, justice, and stability in the region. And this is only possible when historical ethnic groups are liberated from the forced assimilation and non-democratic state captivity and slavery, similar to how Bangladesh gained freedom.
Sindh is subjected to political oppression and economic exploitation within Pakistan. Political activists are extrajudicially detained by Pakistan’s military and the ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence), and later, their mutilated bodies are often found dumped. State restrictions on political parties are severe, while extremist and terrorist organizations receive state patronage.
The Sindhi Nation face relentless political repression. Activists and leaders who raise the voice, demand and struggle for Freedom of motherland Sindhudesh are frequently targeted. The Pakistani military and ISI conduct raids and arrests them extrajudicially, violating the fundamental human rights of these activists. Reports of torture, enforced disappearances, and extrajudicial killings are disturbingly common. The bodies of many abducted activists are later discovered in remote areas, bearing signs of severe torture, which instills fear and suppresses political dissent.
Several political leaders of various national movements, including prominent figures like Shaheed Muzafar Bhutto, Sirai Qurban khuhawar, Roplo Choliani, Noorullah Tunio, Afzal Panhwar, Zulfikar Kolachi, Munir Khan Choliani, and Shaheed Bashir Qureshi, have been brutally murdered in recent years with impunity by ISI.
Economic exploitation in Sindh is another grave issue. Despite being rich in natural resources, including gas, coal, and oil, the region suffers from stark underdevelopment and poverty. The wealth generated from Sindh’s resources is disproportionately distributed, benefiting the central authorities and elite classes while the local population languishes in poverty. Political coercion, economic exploitation, the worst form of slavery, helplessness, and humiliation are evidence and examples. It proves that in Pakistan, the Sindhi nation has been made a victim not only of state fascism but also of economic terrorism.
Furthermore, the state imposes heavy restrictions on Sindhi political parties and secular movements that seek to challenge the Unnatural state of pakistan advocate for freedom of nations. These restrictions often include banning rallies, censoring media coverage, and harassing party members. In stark contrast, extremist and terrorist organizations are often allowed to operate with impunity. These groups receive Fully support and patronage from the state, further destabilizing the region and promoting a culture of violence and intolerance.
This dual policy of repressing legitimate political movements while fostering extremist elements has severe consequences. It not only undermines the political aspirations of the Sindhi people but also contributes to a broader environment of extremism and religeous violence. The state’s support for extremist organizations poses a significant threat to both regional and global security.
The United Nations and the international community must recognize these grave injustices and take action to address the human rights violations in Sindh. It is crucial to hold Pakistan accountable for its oppressive policies and ensure that the rights and freedoms of the motherland sindhudesh are respected. International oversight and intervention are necessary to promote justice, peace, and stability in the region.
Sindh’s political oppression and economic exploitation under Pakistan’s regime represent severe human rights abuses that demand immediate attention. The international community must stand in solidarity with the Sindhi people, advocating for their rights and working towards a just and equitable resolution to their plight. One thing that the whole world needs to understand is that human rights are inherently linked and rooted in the existence of the Sindhi nation and the Motherland of Sindhudesh.
Since 1992, Pakistan’s military has cleared approximately 700,000 acres of forests in Sindh, resulting in the estimated cutting of 450 million trees. The military is also occupying millions of acres of agricultural land in Sindh, taking over vast areas of the Sindh coastline. Additionally, thousands of acres of coastal land have been handed over to China, where it is constructing facilities for its naval purposes.
This large-scale deforestation has had a devastating impact on Sindh’s environment, contributing to loss of biodiversity, soil erosion, and climate change. The removal of such a vast number of trees disrupts local ecosystems, endangers wildlife, and exacerbates environmental degradation. The forests, which once played a crucial role in maintaining ecological balance and supporting local livelihoods, have been decimated, leaving the region more vulnerable to natural disasters and adverse climatic conditions. As a result of deforestation, temperatures in Sindh reached between 50 to 52 degrees Celsius this year, which was beyond human tolerance.
The military’s seizure of agricultural land further exacerbates the plight of Sindh’s farmers. These lands, essential for the livelihood of thousands of local farmers, are being expropriated Without any compensation or nominal compensation. This not only deprives farmers of their primary source of income but also undermines food security in the region. Military control and appropriation of fertile lands adversely affect agricultural production and exacerbate rural poverty.
Moreover, the extensive land grabs along Sindh’s coastline for military and foreign interests have significant geopolitical implications. The transfer of thousands of acres to China for naval construction projects raises concerns about regional security and sovereignty. These developments are carried out without the consent or benefit of the local population, leading to further disenfranchisement and resentment among Sindhi Nation.
The United Nations and the international community are informed about the severe political, environmental, social, and economic injustices that Sindhi people in Pakistan are subjected to, which have turned Sindh into a victim of excesses and inequalities. It is crucial to hold Pakistan accountable for its destructive policies and ensure the protection of Sindh’s natural resources and the rights of its people. International intervention is necessary to prevent further environmental degradation, safeguard agricultural lands, and protect the sovereignty and welfare of Sindh’s inhabitants.
the military’s actions in Sindh represent a blatant disregard for environmental sustainability and human rights. The international community must take a stand against these injustices, advocating for the preservation of Sindh’s environment, the protection of its agricultural lands, and the rights of its people to live free from exploitation and displacement.
Pakistan has asserted control over Sindh’s mineral resources and waterways, particularly the Indus River, which historically supplied water to both Sindh and Punjab. Under the 1945 agreement facilitated by the British, Sindh was guaranteed 75% of the river’s water. However, today, even allocating 10% of this water to Sindh has become increasingly challenging.
This shift has led to significant consequences for Sindh’s demographic composition and economic stability. The military and ISI are allegedly orchestrating a systematic conspiracy to settle hundreds of thousands of non-local, foreign individuals within Sindh, aiming to alter the demographic makeup of Sindh through Unnatural means. This policy aims to diminish the Sindhi population within their historical homeland, transforming them into a minority.
Furthermore, the control over Sindh’s resources by non-local entities exacerbates socio-economic disparities and marginalizes indigenous communities. The systematic influx of outsiders threatens the cultural and linguistic fabric of Sindhi society, undermining its historical heritage and traditional way of life.
The implications of these actions extend beyond mere demographic shifts. They fundamentally challenge Sindh’s autonomy and sovereignty, infringing upon its rights to self-determination and resource management. The diversion of water resources away from Sindh jeopardizes agricultural productivity, exacerbates water scarcity issues, and undermines the livelihoods of millions of people dependent on agriculture in the region.
The international community must be made aware of these manipulative policies and their detrimental impact on Sindh’s socio-economic and cultural integrity. We urge the United Nations and the international community to become aware of Pakistan’s hostile policies towards Sindh and their detrimental impacts on its social, economic, and cultural integrity. According to international laws, historical nations have the inherent right to self-determination, allowing the Sindhi nation to seek freedom for their historical homeland, Sindhudesh. This is our natural right as a nation, and exercising this right will safeguard the historical and national rights of the Sindhi people. Fair distribution of resources should be ensured without discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, or creed among the citizens of Sindhudesh.
Pakistan’s policies in Sindh represent a calculated effort to undermine the rights and Freedom of the Sindhi nation, perpetuating socio-economic disparities and threatening their cultural identity. International intervention and advocacy are crucial to safeguarding Sindh’s resources, protecting its indigenous National identity freedom political economic rights, and promoting peace and stability in the region.
In Sindh’s coastal and mountainous regions, Pakistan’s military, in collaboration with China’s military, is constructing large, secretive installations for military purposes. Under the pretext of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), Pakistan is bolstering its military presence and strategic capabilities in hidden locations across Sindh. This concerted effort aims to strengthen Pakistan’s grip over these regions covertly and conspire to permanently subjugate Sindh.
The alliance between China and Pakistan serves strategic and hegemonic purposes, consolidating control over Sindh under the guise of development projects like CPEC. This partnership not only facilitates the establishment of military bases but also reinforces Pakistan’s authority over Sindh’s natural resources and strategic locations. By expanding military infrastructure and operational capabilities in secret, Pakistan and China are further marginalizing the indigenous Sindhi population and intensifying their economic and political domination.
These actions represent a grave violation of Sindh’s sovereignty and the rights of its people. The clandestine nature of these military constructions undermines transparency and accountability, denying local communities a say in decisions that affect their lands and livelihoods.
The international community must scrutinize these developments closely and hold Pakistan and China accountable for their actions in Sindh. The Sindhi nation believes that the joint projects initiated by Pakistan and China in the region, or military activities, represent forced expansionism against the interests and rights of the Sindhi Nation. The Sindhi nation rejects this approach and urges the United Nations and the international community to respect Sindhi concerns by holding Pakistan and China accountable.
Pakistan’s collaboration with China to build secretive military installations in Sindh underscores a strategic agenda aimed at solidifying control and suppressing dissent. International oversight and advocacy are essential to safeguarding Sindh’s Freedom, protecting its people’s rights, and promoting peace in the region.
We appeal to the Secretary-General of the United Nations and the international community to address the concerted efforts of Pakistan and China in the region aimed at politically oppressing and economically exploiting historical Nations, with the intention of perpetuating their permanent subjugation and servitude.
Pakistan and China’s collaborative actions, including the construction of secretive military installations and strategic economic projects like CPEC, pose a severe threat to the sovereignty and rights of indigenous Nations in the region. These initiatives are part of a deliberate strategy to strengthen control over these historic nations, suppress dissent, and marginalize their cultural identities.
It is imperative for the United Nations and the world’s nations to play an active role in freeing these historical Nations from the aggression and oppression of Pakistan and China. This includes advocating for their rights of National independence, ensuring transparent and accountable governance, and protecting their cultural heritage and economic interests.
We clarify to the whole world that International intervention is crucial to safeguarding peace, stability, and justice in the region. The United Nations should lead efforts the survival of the existence of historical nations and monitor and address human rights violations, Pakistan has proven to be a completely failed state politically, economically, and morally. Despite receiving oxygen in the form of assistance from IMF and international financial institutions, efforts to keep it alive in the ICU are proving unsuccessful. Now is the time for the United Nations and the international community to end this Unnatural state and liberate historical nations from Pakistan’s captivity and control. This will ensure freedom for historical nations, respect for national rights, and dignity.
the global community must act decisively to prevent Pakistan and China from further entrenching their policies of oppression and exploitation against historical nations. It is incumbent upon the international community to fulfill its role in promoting justice, equality, and respect for human rights in the affected regions.
